A lot less than Google wants ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, INTERNET, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, WAKE_LOCK, & WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE.

What magic does this use?
